Database Rights

finSPOT LLC (Tbilisi, Georgia) is the producer of the finSPOT database within the meaning of Article 54 of the Law of Georgia on Copyright and Related Rights.

finSPOT LLC has made a substantial qualitative and quantitative investment in obtaining, verifying, specifying and presenting the contents of this database. finSPOT LLC therefore holds the exclusive right to prevent the extraction and re-use of the whole or of a significant part of its contents. That right applies irrespective of whether any individual item of data is itself protected by copyright.

We claim no ownership of the facts contained in public statutory filings. What we claim is the database: its compilation, verification, normalisation, structure, classification, peer groupings, derived metrics, naming and identifier conventions, presentation format and editorial commentary.

Permitted

Viewing, searching and analysing finSPOT for personal and professional purposes.
Using insignificant parts in your own analysis, reports and presentations with attribution to finSPOT — including for commercial purposes, and including client-facing work.
Quotation and citation with attribution.
Indexing of public pages by search engines that respect our robots.txt.

Prohibited

Extraction or re-use of the whole or a significant part of the database.
Systematic or repeated extraction of insignificant parts in order to accumulate a substantial portion — including retrieving company records one at a time, in sequence or over an extended period.
Automated access by crawler, scraper, script, headless browser or autonomous agent without our written licence.
Use of the data to train, fine-tune, evaluate or ground any machine learning or artificial intelligence model.
Circumvention of technical protection measures, including by rotating IP addresses, proxies, networks or identities after a challenge or block.
Resale, redistribution, or creation of a competing product.

The database is under continuous development and is substantially modified on an ongoing basis. Access to finSPOT is logged. Records are retained for the protection of our rights.
