Database Rights

finSPOT is operated by finSPOT LLC (შპს ფინსპოტი), identification number 405751878. We reserve the copyright and database-producer rights we own or are authorised to exercise, within the scope of Georgian law, including the rights of a database producer under Article 54 of the Law of Georgia on Copyright and Related Rights.

Our work includes obtaining, checking, organising and presenting company information and preparing original analysis. We do not claim ownership of public facts or third-party filings. An individual financial figure, formula or classification does not automatically become our exclusive property.

This page is a summary. The Terms of Use govern where the rules differ, and statutory exceptions always remain intact.

Permitted use

Browsing, searching, comparison, and personal or professional analysis.
Limited extracts, individual figures and brief quotations in your own reports, presentations and client work — including commercial work — with finSPOT attribution, within the Terms.
Conventional search-engine indexing of public pages and limited search snippets, subject to the Terms, robots.txt and actual access restrictions. This is not permission to reuse the data without restriction.

Use requiring our written agreement in advance

Extraction or distribution of a substantial part of the Database, or systematic collection of company records over time.
Use of protected material to create a substitute data service, competing data feed or lookup service.
Building model-training, fine-tuning, evaluation or retrieval datasets from protected material. Our permission never includes bypassing technical access restrictions.

Access to finSPOT is logged and security access records are retained for the protection of our rights; how they are processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Organisational, API and bulk-use licensing can be discussed; this statement does not mean a public API is already available. Contact us.
