finSPOT began with a simple goal: to understand business as it really is — to see how well a company actually operates and what truly drives its results.
Revenue size or growth alone is never enough. To understand a business properly, you have to go deeper: sector context, operating environment, margins, cash flows, capital allocation, and the decisions that shape performance over time.
Before finSPOT, my path was in finance and banking — first in Georgia, then in New York. That experience shaped how I look at business: with curiosity, rigor, and a constant instinct to look beyond surface-level narratives.
That perspective made one gap in Georgia's business landscape especially clear to me.
Traditional business media existed. Public filings existed. But independent, structured analysis that seriously examined how companies operate, how they compare, and what drives their results was far harder to find.
So I built finSPOT — to help people see business more clearly.
What began as a social media page publishing deep dives on Georgian companies is evolving into a leading business platform that turns raw filings into cleaner, more comparable financials and adds the context needed to make sense of them.
finSPOT is built for anyone who wants to see Georgian companies more clearly, grow an existing business, or discover new business ideas.
